  • Initial Processing

    Each pillow is individually processed using our advanced Germicidal Ultraviolet machines, known as Pillow Vacs. This technology provides a non-chemical approach to disinfection, highly effective against viruses, bacteria, and mould spores by deactivating their DNA and destroying their ability to multiply and cause disease.

  • Dissasembly & Cleaning

    The old pillow is cut open, and its contents are emptied into a tumble chamber. Rotating brushes in the chamber expose the contents to germicidal lights while breaking up clumps and sifting out any trapped dust. This process fluffs up the down clusters, ensuring thorough cleaning.

  • Replenishment & Refilling

    Additional new filling can be added to restore the pillow to its original density.

    Reassembly: Depending on the type of pillow, the contents are returned to a new 100% Cotton Cambric, Cotton Japara, or Stain Resistant cover and then sewn back up.

  • Hygiene & Maintenance

    Regular use of our service ensures your pillows are maintained at an optimal level of hygiene, providing superior comfort for your guests.
